Refund policy

Exchanges/ Refunds: 

Exchange and Refund are not allowed, but if the item is ready to deliver the driver can wait for you while you try it, but keep in mind that if you do not want the item you still will pay the deliver fees. 

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
